Integrated Development Company for Education and Training implemented a training program titled \u201cMotivational Leadership\u201d as part of its ongoing institutional development initiatives. The program targeted the company\u2019s staff and was attended by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Turki, with the participation of more than 200 employees from Riyadh, Yanbu, Jeddah, and Al-Khobar, via visual and audio communication channels.<\/p>\n

The program aimed to develop motivational leadership skills and enhance the ability to build effective teams, contributing to improved institutional performance and the creation of a positive and motivating work environment.
\nThe training covered several key themes, including the concept of genuine motivation, types of work teams and how to motivate them, identifying appropriate motivational methods and their challenges, measuring motivational capability, as well as reviewing effective motivational tools.<\/p>\n

These themes align with Integrated Development Company for Education and Training\u2019s strategy to build effective and integrated teams by strengthening a culture of motivation, enhancing the efficiency of administrative leadership, and fostering a positive and motivating work environment that contributes to improved institutional performance and stronger collaboration among employees.<\/p>\n
